Getting Started

More messing around with blogger and some widgets on the side. Fun, but annoying that there isn't anything like a central widget registry. Ah, well.

Better-half Helen and I took a day trip down to Seattle yesterday to see our friend (and her old roommate) Dr. Dee and her man. They were in town for a medical conference, but seemed more interested in slacking off with us. Good choice I say.

Very nice to see Dee, but lots of driving and walking left us beat. Insomnia struck again and so I'm a bit of a walking zombie today -- but then, what else is new?
